Liechtenstein, a small but mighty country rich in history that dates back centuries. It’s like a cork right in the middle of Switzerland, Austria, Germany to the North and Italy to the South.   I started my adventure in the town of Vaduz which was a nice combination of cosmopolitan architecture, abstract art with a backdrop of gorgeous mountains and ancient castles situated right along the Rhein river.  Through a few days of meeting new local guides I learned that Liechtenstein has a rich food culture similar to its neighbors, but a distinct and proud history.
