Emily Jackson is a World Champion Freestyle Whitewater kayaker who spends the bulk of the year touring with Nick Troutman and her family exploring the country while homeschooling their two kids (7 and 4 years old), meeting unique people, paddling wild rivers, exploring hiking trails, mountain biking rad single track, swimming in the ocean and camping out under the stars. Along the way, they experience new cultures and help their two young children discover adventures of a lifetime.
